The Problem
Rhyton Home’s e-commerce operations generated significant data across sales, inventory, customer behavior, and fulfillment — but it lived in disconnected systems. Leadership made decisions based on weekly manual exports, which were slow and frequently inconsistent. There was no single source of truth.
The Approach
- Mapped all core workflows end-to-end using BPMN to identify bottlenecks and data gaps
- Designed a Power BI dashboard architecture with live data connections to the platform’s CRM and inventory systems
- Built automated data pipelines using N8N to replace manual CSV exports
- Implemented data validation rules and naming conventions to enforce quality at the source
- Applied CRISP-DM methodology to ensure analysis followed a reproducible, business-aligned process
The Outcome
- Real-time KPI dashboards deployed for sales, inventory turnover, and customer acquisition
- ~200 staff hours per month recovered through automation
- Strategic pricing, inventory, and marketing decisions now backed by live data
- ~30% reduction in reporting errors after data quality standards rolled out
